@Yannick, I believe there is a bit of confusion, there are two different issues interchanging:
Smallness issue, Penny it is compared to juliet.
Tightness issue. Penny adjustment is only on the nose pads, the grip is as it is, again due to spring hinges. while for Juliet grip can be adjusted by the size of the temple shocks, coupled with nose bomb adjustment will also make the overall fit on face and head better.
