Most of us have a short attention span these...
oh yeah, so for folks that want to change stuff up often or be able to test drive a color before paint or powercoat you can plastidip.

I wish I had taken a before here. The front spoiler was pretty beat-up after hitting opossums and the like over the years and just looked dead. I've got a lot of CF on the car so I figured I'd coat it and if I didn't like it I'd peel it off. I don't think I will:

Is that something you did at home in the garage? I am not to sure what this stuff is, but it looks really nice.

I have a scuffed plastic wheel arch, I've been debating going over my plastic body trim with some black to really refresh the look and hide some stone chips.

Friend of mine changes his Golf pretty regularly. PlastiDip is cool stuff.

What did you dip on the NSX?

Yes, in the garage.

PlastiDip is not permanent, it will eventually come off on its own but it will withstand power-washing, the elements, etc. And when you're done with it you pick at it to lift a corner then peel it off as a sheet.

So far just the front spoiler but I've got some red and will do some accents and test layouts for paint on the CF hood. Probably this weekend.

Yeah, I'm familiar with it. I was debating doing my wheels in white to give them a protective coat.

Right now I'm just thinking of getting a few cans of black to bring my plastic trim back to life and blackout a few chrome bits.

This stuff is really cool. I am looking into it now to get some for my car. I have a few places that this could really help out.

Friend of mine dipped his whole van flat black....looks cool......Nice for changing up the colors on motorcycles when that one bike is being looked for but it's the wrong color. ;)
