Plate: How to remove paint and icon?

Did anyone know how to remove the paint from a Oakley Plate? And may be how to remove the Icons?

Did anyone know how to remove the paint from a Oakley Plate? And may be how to remove the Icons?

The Icons just require some hot water, pour over(NOT BOILING!!!! ), and pluck up with a plastic spudger. Or use a hair dryer to heat up the surround of the Icon, will make the glue malleable and pluck up.

Which colour Icons are they?

Removing Plate Lenses

I swear I found a thread awhile back that provided instruction on removing plate lenses. Damned if I can find it now. Can someone point me in the right direction or give instructions again? Thanks!

I have Oakley Plate with Oakley paint Icon in the middle of nose Bridge it's real or any year of that kind of Plate made of?

I have never seen a Plate with a bridge logo .... based on the one pic it looks pretty fake to me for other reasons as well...
