I think these are Spike, not Soft Spike.
Soft Spike frames have an oval insert on the end of each temple, whereas Spike frames have earsocks.

My fault! Didn't even look at the temples (genius I know)... I hated the soft spike. The "o matter" temples on it were junky.

Looks like Soft Spike frames were released in May 2010, so I'm guessing Spike would have been released later.

I've never seen one of these rimless Spike Rx frames in person, but there was one for sale on eBay in Italy last year:

The Why 4 has very similar styling to the Spike, and is much easier to find for sale.
