Please Help Identify these Frames

Hi I recently purchased these frames with the intention of putting some prescription lenses in them. Yesterday I went to OPSM & they said they could not identify the frames & did not know what lenses to put in them? They tried the Flak 2.0 lenses but could not get them to work.
Can one of you extremely knowledgable people please advise what frames these are & advise on what lense size / style I can pass onto OPSM??
The only info I have is that they are a custom FLAK OCP, but I need to know what size / style lenses to go in them?

they are flak jackets. NOT flak 2.0. someone can chime in on of they are asian fit or not.
