Do you think it's likely that polarized lens came out of a factory etched with "o-luminum" ?

I don't have the lens in my possession so I can't do any tests.

Here's a couple of photos:

Polarized lenses in the hatchets came with "Polarized" etched on it.

The non-polarized lenses had "o-luminium" etched on the lenses, except for the Ducati hatchet wire which had "Ducati" etched on the lens.

This applied to the asia fit versions, including those with titanium/clear lenses.
