Polarized Matte Black Gascans?

I'm not sure if these are legit gascans or not. My main concern is that one of the armstems(right) does't lock into place and when I got them the hinges were squeaky. Also, left earstem does not have oakley icon printed inside. Only the right earstem does. (See pics below) Matte Black w/ polarized black iridium lenses? On my other pair(which are real), the serial is printed on the right arm rather than the left.

Those are definitely real. Matte black finish usually squeaks. I had that same exact pair.
