It was polished buy me, I use to offer polishing service up to some years ago. It was blasted then the tedious work (but fun) of sanding, low grit up to 2000 grit, then polished. It's very important to know what it's being done. I've seen polished work where someones basically ruined the shades from over sanding, thus reshaping the contour. Depending on the X-Metal cast, it will determine how smooth the piece would be without losing the shape. We all know that lots of X-Metals have cast "imperfections" I call it raw character of perfection 😁. I've owned my first Oakleys shade since summer of 1990 and being hook ever since, at one time I had owned in my Collection 46 X-metal.

This is for an XX? A bit spendy, no?

When you take to account the price of the XX and the labor that goes to polishing, it's worth every bit. But there's always room for best offer.
