Polished X Metals

I prefer the x-metal finish on X-metal and matte black on O-matter frames. Old infantry men have a hard time with being too flashy. I can do a flashy lens in a subdued frame, but I'm not so hot on flashy frames...

Even my Porsche is almost x-metal grey...

Dillon Matte lenses in a Ti02 XX...

I like all kinda of finishes - some work well with different types of lenses and others just don't...

I would never put these lenses in a polished XX, but I'll put them in an XMetal XX (maybe next week )

For me, I like flashy, and I think @Dnkeyhnter explained it best. I don't wear polished all the time, but sometimes you just want to stand out a little. Sometimes I like the subdued understated look that a matte finish gives. Just depends on the mood, I guess, but definitely to each his/her own.

I agree with @Dnkeyhnter , I like flashy too. But not all the time. Thats why I drive a truck daily and a lowrider when I can

Nothing wrong with a little Shiny once in a while. Sometimes I like flashy even though most of my frames are black.
