Polishing my Romeo

I’ve seen too many polished Romeos that look so awesome so I’ve started my own project. How many hours do I have in front of me? Anybody else polish theirs too? What was your process?

My Ti pair with the usual Ti coating issues...

Five or six hours later with increasingly finer wet and dry.

Coarser grits will remove deeper scratches and I ended up with 10,000 grit for a finish I am happy with.

Still room for improvement, which I will do next time I service them, probably finishing off with Mothers Alu polish.

I bought 280, 800, 1200. Gotta find 600 and 2000 this week. But a 10,000 grit sounds nice

Also need some polish. I hear Mothers is the best.

I bought mine off Amazon - a tenner for 42 sheets from 120 to 10k grit. Enough for about ten frames! Tip - I will definitely wear a pair of rubber gloves next time as I also took quite a bit of skin off my fingers.
