I agree with everyone else. They don't compare. BIP is good for extremely bright conditions like deserts, beaches or any where with really bright sun. Prizm Daily are for mixed everyday conditions, inside and out.
I think for living near NYC Prizm Daily is more useful. BIP might be too dark in shade, overcast and indoors. You will find yourself taking them on and off all the time with BIP.
Or if you want complete versatility, Tungsten Iridium. Sunny or shade Tungsten is best.

Tungsten iridium are great IMO. I can wear them in or out and they do great for me in bright sunlight.

I have tried on several of the prizm lenses and they are all very cool. It all depends on what you want to do. The daily polarized daily is the more versatile as everyone here is saying.
