How does it write? I personally like a fine point and currently EDC a Fisher Space pen but am looking for something a little "nicer"
 
Here are a couple of new additions. The unique custom one was crafted with a silver twill outer barrel over a black carbon fiber shaft, anodized titanium tip, and Damascus clip with gold plated screws.

Does a Visconti Pininfarina fountain pen qualify for quality? I received one a few years ago as a gift, I think it's more meant to be displayed than used since it's not particularly comfortable to use for long periods..
I mainly use Stabilo or Zebra pens for work, quality products without a serious investment needed an nabd if you accidentally lose one.
