but my # has no letters in it ? Courious and more courious as to what i have with my Mars leather the # is m*11121 is this low ? Saw a pair of Romeo sell for 2500$ because of a # of 22222

Yours has no letters because it is a sku not a serial. 04-146 is the sku for all X-metal/BI Juliets released after 2009. Serials begin with a letter (or two) and are followed by 6 digits (and possibly an A or B for later generations).
Low serial numbers are not really more valuable unless they are the first 5000 of the X-serial Juliets, or if it is really low some people may pay a little more for those. The Romeo was 2222, so it was a Jordan Romeo with only 4 digits which are more valuable and some people really like number 2
