Question About 24K Juliets

I'd appreciate your help. I have a pair of Juliets 24K with titanium polarized lenses.
I have plenty of other Juliets so I know they are authentic. However, they do not have a serial number.
I'm thinking that they may be sales samples (although they are not marked as such). The Oakley store in Manhattan thinks they may be a pair that were a replaced under warrantee.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

I have seen sample pairs of the 24ks, they are stamped with the word "Sample" on the inside of the earstem.

From what I understand most replacement warranty pairs were replace with a pair that didn't have a serial number. It's fairly common.
