I have been a member for months now, I try to stay pretty quiet. I have made and replied to 17 posts. I do not understand why I still am not able to reply or post in the exchange. Also I am not able to send private messages at all......

Looks like you have access now, it can take up to an hour for access to go through when you hit the post requirement.
