Question about Oakley SI older m frames

I recently bought this m frames and I was wandering about them that these lenses will fit. They seem to be some of the earlier models that don’t have the clip that goes though the top of the Lens. The are still 2.0 m frames maybe the current m frames lenses will work ??? Help !!!!

Wow that’s a crazy finish on that m frame. I’m pretty sure the M2 doesn’t fit in the standard Mframes. You can find m frame lenses on the Oakley website from time to time. Make a frame that has access to the Si website or place a WTB there for lenses.

I don't own a si 2.0 but I have seen and heard the lens are backwards compatible. I don't believe the M2 will fit into the SI M 2.0 I have not tried though. When I get a chance I'll try to do a few lens swaps in my SI M frame 3.0 and will let you know what I find.

New M Frame, M Frame 2.0 and M Frame 3.0 will all fit the same lenses. The exception will be some of the older 1st Gen lenses. The tips are slightly smaller and will fit loose. If you use an M Frame lens without the hole in a 2.0 or 3.0 Frame, then you obviously will not be able to use the clip that helps hold the lens in place in the event of impact. But you can still use them.

M2 Frame lenses will not fit unless you modify them.
