Question About Paypal And Fees

PayPal will figure that out sooner or later too. Don't forget that they are there to make money and when people are trying to exploit it they'll find a way to get rid of it.

yea, well theyll see youre just switching from gift option to payment owed, and theyll figure it out

last 2 times i sent money gifted, they charged me too! not the 3% or whatever but a couple of bucks. I wonder if were still protected when gifting money since they charge fees?

What else would you call it besides abuse? People were using it to buy goods, it wasn't meant for that.

Yes but PayPal has never been free, even before "gift" was an option to send payments with. PayPal has always charged a minimal fee for goods transactions.
