In Europe would be easiest, but depending on shipping options US would be an option, too.

I cannot find it though, but think eBay filters out sellers that don’t ship abroad… as quite often I cannot find things there that are being talked about here.

If it’s the one on eBay at $140 that I have seen . It says £17 shipping to U.K. plus £38 in GSP . Would imagine those extra costs are comparable for most of Europe
