What’s the story with the rust decoy coin? I’m not familiar with it.

What makes these coins such a high dollar amount? I can understand a cost of someone customizing them and then the value of a coin, but the prices have me really confused. What is the rarity of them other than someone coloring a coin a different color than OEM? Not bashing this at all, I am really wondering the above questions. Value is always in the eyes of the beholder so if they are one=offs by a custom maker then ok; but if I can sell a Romeo 2 coin for $200 I will soon sell all my collection.
