Long time no see, I am in Cambodia and into Real Estate job for a few months already. I do my best wearing my Oakley during inspection. Just to post this to alert members, and I feel I have been missing activities, and now we can start more conversation.
I will be joining some events (Re/Max summit in India in August - let's catch up), while my colleague will join IREC 2019 in Japan (September), NAR in the USA (November). [We also own the master franchise of Century 21 in Cambodia.]
As per rule, foreigner can not buy land, but can buy condominium from first floor, with a high ROI.
