Refinishing Mag 4 Frames

LOL all I want to do is drop these in a bucket of water with a little fire and see how much magnesium is really in it.....

Still no definitive answer on refinishing on these. If the coating is still in good shape, you can always clearcoat them and hopefully that will offer some protection against the pitting/chipping issues.

Thought I would give this a bump to see if anyone has gained any more info down the line as we are. I have a beautiful pair of Dark Carbide Mag4 that I would like to refinish as they are sharp frames. Anyone?

They are all magnesium. They burn bright as hell and it's awesome.
