Refurbing Pro M frames

These are my 1999 Pro Ms with the stick-up O (as opposed to the recessed one that followed shortly after) and they used to be white to match the ear socks and nose piece but the white has long since faded off. If I were to repaint them what would people advise using?

Yeah the pro m frames icons only lasted two days usually the icon would rub off to the top part used to fustraste the crap out of me ah the good ol days

I would probably try white model aircraft paint. Either use a tiny brush or try to roll the paint on somehow.

Don't know if this would work for this application, but in the past, on other projects, I have used petroleum jelly or even chapstick. I would apply petroleum jelly liberally, wipe the higher surface clean, paint, and then wash the petroleum jelly off, leaving a clean paint line.
