The pricing for refinishing an entire frame is $95, free tune up if required because the frame has to be pulled apart to be redone

We've not yet experimented this on frames with serials so chances are they won't preserve unless they're masked. This is more of a customization offering and less so of an OEM restoration offering, which uses a different technique
