Can this finish be done over any oem frame finish, ie 2nd, 3rd Gen plasma?

It's not really done over the current finish. The current finish is removed and the whole frame is refinished. And it can be done to any x metal frame.

Sweet, that's the answer I was hoping for. Dude did a stupid awesome job on 2 of my frames restoring them back to oem x metal gray finish. I have 110% confidence for this as well.
