Removing Fast Jacket Strap

Hi guys,

I've just got some fast jackets and attached the strap. It is very secure - too secure! I worry that I'm going to break something as I try to remove it. Any tips?

My Fast Jackets didn't come with a strap, or holes in the earstems for a strap.

Hold the arm and twist the small plastic piece that holds the strap to the glasses

Thank you very much got a pair of brand new racing jackets t today, went to take strap off just now and was scared of the same thing they were on there good… too good. But popped them off thanks again
