Removing Fuel Cell Lenses

In anticipation of the arrival of my new lenses for my Fuel Cells i was going to remove my old lenses. My question is how do i go about removing the lenses?

Push from the inside out. You can also flex the frame around the lenses up just a bit to help the lenses come out easier. Do it over a soft surface... maybe over you bed so the lens doesn't go flying out and getting scratched in case you drop them.

Like others have said, push from the inside out and twist the frame a little bit and they will start to come out.
