There should be the other half of this piece still in the stem... if that's still there you can go about creating a new piece...

Although you'll first need to remove both bits w/o creating further damage, determine the overall geometry of the piece (calipers help) then go about picking up a sheet of hardened steel in the appropriate thickness, to cut out a new replacement with a dremel & lots of patiences. If you don't have patience find someone with a CNC machine that'll do the tedious cutting for you. Once cut you'd then have the joy of determining the best method to reattach it into the stem... my guess would be with epoxy.

Or just trash them...
