Replacement Hinges?

Desperately need to replace the hinges on my double-wide machine age display...aluminum hinge eyelets have worn almost in half!

Unfortunately...the hinges on these displays seem to be the rarest in the world: a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" hinge with only two bolt holes on each plate (cant find ANY that dont have three holes)

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried looking at Fastenal? They carry almost everything.
