I was bored tonight, and I’m still waiting for the glass shelves I ordered for the case before I can put anything in it, so I decided to polish one of my small Oakley torpedo cases. It was in really rough shape to begin with but I think it turned out better than I thought it would. I don’t have any polishing wheels or equipment so this was just done by hand. I will be getting some polishing tools at some point in the future, but for now, it is what it is.

Right now I’m more concerned about getting the black marks off the metal before I polish it

Remove the black marks with lacquer thinner. It’s perfectly fine to remove adhesive and other residue.
