Replacement Lenses for Oakley Water Jackets And Racing Jackets?

Does anyone know if other lenses will fit these frames?

These will be interchangable with each other but with no other glass as they were a large lens. You may be able to get a radar lens cut down into two seperate ones if you know someone that can perform this. But again it will all depend on the shape of the lens.
