I would've thought because they match the neon green cbarz spot on they might've been something else...

So you want just the Retina Frame.... or also the elbow wing bits?

I've been thinking there were 2 slightly different neon grellow colorways; Retina & w/e the other one is (uranium was wild guess)... but after googling I see it's just matter of background/lighting that makes appear more yellow or green whoopsie.
