Rivets backwards?

Yeah if you look at the pic of the inside of the nosebridge, you see the rivet ends that are normally outward facing. Definitely installed backwards.

There was another pair like this recently; I wonder if it's the same pair? Or "tuned up" by the same bass-ackwards guy?
