well. my grail has been acquired.
7XXX serial first generation ti / bone romeo r1
came to me in a rather crusty, but well loved, state and needed some new life.
original gold lenses were beat. missing socks. all rubbers goopy and needing replacement.
hefty scrub down. some pitting and spotting on the metal was discovered but it's fine. check out that nose cheese!!!
full linegear overhaul treatment. black rubber kit. rootbeer socks. liquid metal polarized lenses. they look and feel amazing.
also massive shouts to @gpstar for the tip off on the Hazard4 Sub-Pod case. absolute PERFECT fit for x-metals and strongly recommended.
