Easiest to get hold of donors are probably the Straightlink right now.
Apparently they are quite close in size to the R1 lenses so need to be carefully hand cut.

Don't know about the US but there have been a bunch of straightlink lenses on sale on the GB Oakley site over the last few months.

So far I've had some cut for an XX, XS and Juliet (all Prizm Tungsten)
Sending some away for an R1 cut this week
