Now that I have my collection near complete, debating which one (s) I can wear without too much worry of fading / staining. Some of these are mint with boxes and wouldnt want to wear too hard

I have had no problems with my plasma/xmetal/2nd gen TI but have also been fairly good at rotating them/cleaning them. the only one I am weary of wearing are my first gen TI.

Yep. lt has been a long day for me.

I would say to use your boxed and complete pairs carefully and sparingly, whilst having a loose pair for daily/regular use. That's my way.
