Romeo 1 Red And Black Ear Sock Question

I know the Romeo Jordan came with red ear socks without any made in usa and ce on them, but i have seen the Romeo 1 x metal frame come with both black and red ear socks with made in usa and ce on them, and it seems like there was no pattern, i have them both brand new in box with a serial only 4000 apart with red and black ear socks, can anyone explain this if they know, thanks

I really hate to comment because by no stretch of the imagination am I a R1 expert but I read in another thread a while back that the true Jordan with red ear socks were 5000 and under. Maybe I'm mistaken and its any 4 digit serial #. But that would make sense, 5k and under, red earsocks and the rest have black, I'm not really sure.
