Looks like its missing the rubber separators at the top of the lenses frame. Bottoms got it but none at the inner portion. Would explain the lens fit issue? Metal on metal.

I have three other Romeos and even with the gaskets the some of the lenses have the issue. Missing the top gaskets is actually common with these in used condition
