In more cases than not, I noticed a serialized frame is worth more than a blank serial frame. Different buyers have different requirements - some people care about serials, some don't.

That's true with frames that were released both with and without serials, such as Juliets. But since all R1s were released with serials, that makes this one (presumably a warranty frame) more of a rarity. I doubt if that'd really increase the value, but it should really hurt it, either.
