Comes w/ MF bag only. No box, no coin.
Frames are in generally excellent condition. Two small, green marks as seen in the pictures. Bridge and hinges are super tight and delicious. Rubbers are perfecto. Given the marks I'd rate the frame conservatively as an 8.75/10.
Lenses have a lot of little marks, but nothing that affects vision. Right lens has a vertical scratch (again doesn't affect vision). Left lens is pretty clean (aside from marks). I'd rate the lenses as a cosmetic 7.5-8/10.
