Romeo low serial

Hi guys,

just received a R1 with lenses in perfect condition and a quite low serial. But the middle part looks somehow very rough to me. I hope the pictures are good enough to show what I mean. Thanks for your opinions.

Nice find! Probably early casting on them but they look to be in great shape. I just scored a pair with the freakin price tag still on them lol.

In the first and second-last pictures the mid piece actually seems sculptured by hand from a block... I never saw similar issues in the past but I neither saw so low serial before. All the rest is fine!!

I could be wrong but the general rule is that the lowest is the serial the lowest is the quality...

Anyow if it was mine I would not complain
