    looking at buying a pair of 1 gen Romeo's should the serial number on the box be hand written in or printed from the factory?

    Not particularly.... But if you like them and they are a good price, go for it!

  5. Agree with @joecool862 , way more important than a low serial number is the condition of the frame and lenses (hopefully OEM of course).

    As XMan noted, hand written in a small white field at the bottom of the label.
    That would make yours almost the 100 thousandth pair of that colorway. Not low by any stretch but still a great pair of sunnies and an important part of Oakley history.

    Would u say $630 for this pair it has minor scratches and one lend has small stress crack all original with box and coin is a good deal
