Thanks!

Also interested in technique for popping them back in, too.Patience... go slow. Pray a lot.
Getting them in is the easy part. Think physics and temperature. I put the frame in warm water for about 10 minutes and the lenses in the freezer. Also interested in technique for popping them back in, too.

The cold won’t cause any delam? The lenses seem so darn delicate!Getting them in is the easy part. Think physics and temperature. I put the frame in warm water for about 10 minutes and the lenses in the freezer.
I have never had an issue however I dont wear most of mine. I dont think the cold temp itself would cause an issue. What the difference from the freezer to leaving a pair in your car in the winter? The cold won’t cause any delam? The lenses seem so darn delicate!

What do you mean by, you are very tolerant?OEM, OEM Custom Cuts or Aftermarket?
Make sure the lenses don't have sharp edges. If so sand them smooth.
BTW I am very tolerant with lenses in FMJ frames.
