Scalpel frame differences

What is the difference in frame size from the regular scalpels to Asian fit scalpels?

The only thing I see is that the nose piece is larger but is the frame style different in size as well. I have been unable to find something indicating if it is or not and figured some one in here would know.

Also the only difference between these frames is the nose piece not the frame or nose bridge. So an asian frame can easily be switched to regular frame just by swapping out nose pieces. Just in case any one was wondering.
