This is the the Dark Grey frame 9095-04. Icons were replaced with satin chrome.

The frame and icons are in excellent condition without scratches or nicks. To be on the safe side, I'll rate them 9/10. The earsocks are also very clean, without any signs of wear and no tackiness. Rating these 9/10, as well. The frame will come with bag only.
