@sOuLfUlFoRg and I hijacked a sale thread talking about the SW holbrooks and the other different editions that had his name/signature on it. So in order to avoid buggin' our fellow seller I decided to create this thread were we can talk about the different models.
SoulfulFrog was telling me about a Transparent Red frame edition which came with FRuby lenses, I think I saw one back in the day but I can't recall if it had SW signature or if the lenses were etched. Any info on this frame is appreciated

We were talking about a matte clear with ruby 009102-15 sgh. lol. there are 2 transparent red Holbrooks the Jupiter camo with grey 009102-13 and crystal red with ruby 009102-04

The 7 Shaun whites are as followa

1) matte clear with 24k polar lens etched SW 009102-42
2) Matte black grey polar 009102-17
3) polished black 24k 009102-08
4) polished tortoise 24k lens etched SWBIRD 009102-34
5) polished clear 24k 009102-19
6) polished white 24k 009102-18
7) goldbrook FMJ 24k polar 009102-20

Oh I see, I recall seeing the first one in a store a few years back, and someboby told me those were supposed to be shaun white edition (it was weird for me since I thought SW always came with the 24k lenses). I must have been all mixed up, but well thanks for the clarification :)

I think I've see all of these before except for the tortoise, and they all did have the 24k lenses. The crystal (transparent) redI was talking about was the ones mercbezerk posted (1st pic),as I recall someone in the store said they were SW editions, but I found it odd due to the colors. Anyway, thanks for the info, I can now be sure which is which hehe.
BTW do you have a favorite? I like matte frames so the clear matte is my fav, and the polished black with 24k is close behind

The Holbrook frame is Shaun White's contribution to the Oakley range and being that the crystal red & ruby was at the start of the release, he/they may have suggested this be the first to hold his signature before opting for the 24K lens. There's no evidence to support this statement or maybe the person who informed you back then possibly got their information a bit twisted.
