Single 4.0 fixing letter and lighting question

I just bought a single 4.0 and overall it's in great shape, just needs a good cleaning from sitting around. They brought it to me cuz I don't have a truck, which was awesome. But part of the L chipped off. It's on the back so no one will see it, but anyone know how to fix this?

Also, does the back Oakley logo supposed to light up?

I opened the top, I don't see anything going to the back acrylic. Unless I need to open it from the front.

Upload some photo of the display and damaged letter. I have the means to route acrylic and might be able to help.
