smudges on the front frame

Today I got my first oakley sunglasses, matt black latch, and I noticed there were several smudges on the front frame which's not wiped off.
I immediately made a complaint to the official seller about the quality, but he said that was normal and common in oakley matt frames, which happens in the manufacturing process.

My question is, is it common to have the smudges on matt black frames like they said?

The second pic looks like it might be a crack, might just be the light or angle of the picture.

Try giving them a wash in some mild soapy water(remembering to take the lenses out beforehand(just a as a precaution, there are some peculiar people that exist....). Looks like where it's been handled by dirty hands.

they are made by small Chinese children with tiny hands, please don't be too harsh and complain or they might lose their next bowl of rice

They do just look grimey and used. If soap doesn't clean em up then I would send them back. No they aren't supposed to look that way until about 5 years or more.
