Yeah, the Crown on mine grinds against the little titanium piece that's on the side and has trouble screwing down. Oh well, still a great piece

You should send it in to customer service. All of the ones that I've handled we're very smooth. That's pretty odd that yours is not...

Quick update to my situation with the crown;
I sent it in the customer care - they had it for about two or three weeks - got it back with a new crown. Thing is smooth as should be.
Best thing - I forgot to send a copy of my receipt in with the watch, but they still didn't charge me!
