Imho, my question is not out of line. Guess it's up to him to see if he wants to share the tricks of the trade in this specific case.

He has posted some videos on how he does certain things, it’s a really big thread, but there is quite a bit of how-to in here if you read it all.

And there are other write ups on how to “clear” some O matter frames in the DIY.

You can also purchase a pair, and while he is doing the work for you, ask some more specific questions in private
