Splice ice iridium lenses\+red Juliet lenses

I am looking for a pair of ice iridium splice lenses or even dwp. has anyone tried the glacier ice fuse lenses? Do they compare at all or even come close to the color ? Also, which +red donor lenses would I need to have them cut For a juliet? Thanks for the help
